Do I have to remove RDS license from AWS before I can use them again

Hello All,

I have an Amazon Web Server Windows 2012 set up to perform remote app functions.

I installed the rds client license I needed to have the users access the remote app. Now my client wants to scrap the AWS server for a local server in house. In order to use the rds license on the new server do I have to remove the license from the AWS server before it gets decommissioned or can I just install the rds license on the new server .
