Terminal Server and Remote Desktop connection problem

Hi,

I have two Windows 2012 R2 servers with these roles installed:

Server 1: Remote Desktop Services (4 of 6 installed)

- Remote Desktop Connection Brocker

- Remote Desktop Licensing

- Remote Desktop Session Host

- Remote Desktop Web access.

Server 2: Remote Desktop Services (2 of 6 installed)

- Remote Desktop Licensing

- Remote Desktop Session Host

In Server 2, there are 20 Windows 2012 RDS licenses installed.

The Licensing diagnostics in both servers reports the server 2 as license server, with 20 licenses available to clients, in Per use mode.

When I try to connect to any of those servers with Remote Desktop, I get the message 'Remote session disconnected because there are no Remote Desktop Licenses Server available to provide a license. Contact the administrator.

Also, the Event Viewer of both servers shows periodically event 1128:

The RD Licensing grace period has expired and Licensing mode for the Remote Desktop Session Host server has not been configured. Licensing mode must be configured for continuous operation.

I don't find a similar to windows 2008 screen where configure the license server for those servers, but in registry they appear to be well configured, because they show the server2 name as license server, and per user mode.

The only way to connect via RDP with those server is with the /admin modifier. What am I doing wrong? Why those servers can't find licenses for RDP?
