in my environment RDS2012 R2 RemoteApp application randomly popups Windows Login prompt box during inactivity.
some users say after 20 minutes, some more than 1 hour. The time is random. Could be that just particular PC model (have a segment with Lenovo M73 Tiny, that has some particular hardware features).
What could be the cause of problem? I blamed Idle time, that when was set to 1 hour was random for the problem. So I set Idle to Never in RDS Manager. It looked like the problem disappear, but in couple of days the same behavior.
