Folks:
It seems like every few days, users are unable to login to their VDIs remotely. The problem is always the same: There is no security certificate in Gateway. The solution takes two minutes (just use Logmein to access the server and re-import the certificate). But it is very disruptive.
Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening? (That is, how to keep it from happening?!)
