Icons on the users' remote desktops are disappearing, although I can see the icons in the Desktop folder in each of the user's profiles. This is not the Windows 7 problem that has been reported previously...it happens in Server 2008 R-2 RDS with users who have everything from XP Pro to Windows 8.1. I can log on to each users' remote desktop in the server from my computer and see that the icons are missing, yet still shown in the Desktop folder. The problem seemed to happen to several users all at approximately the same time over the course of a couple of days.
Any ideas?
