TS, sessions and temp folder

Hi. I need a little help for my colleque programmer.
We have a virtualized terminal server based on Windows Standard 2008R2. On this server whe installed our management

software SQL based.
She told she didn't made any modification in windows (just in our management), but from today we have a strange problem.

When you run the management software, it should create a temp folder for each user, instead it seems it creates some of

the files always in administrator's temp folder (c:\users\administrator\appdata\local\temp\8 to be precise) so just one

user can access them.
I activated in GPEdit the "temp folder for each session", an so we can see that every user create and uses a folder like

"c:\users\user\appdata\local\temp\session_id", where "session_id" changes dependly by the user's session ID.
The strange thing is that there's no user with session id "8", but every user that launch the exe, the system creates also

temp folder in \administrator\appdata\local\temp\8  indipendent if the user is a member of administrators group or just a

remote user.

Can a group execute a program or create a temp folder? Is there a way to discover who is the id "8"? There's no trace in

task manager...
