I have setup a new RDS deployment of 2 RD Session Hosts, 1 RD Gateway and Web Access, and 1 Connection Broker and Licensing server. I have enabled user profile disks for this collection but I have noticed that the vhdx files are being stored in two different locations, and I think each session host is using its own settings. When the collection was first deployed the location we had the disks stored on was giving us connectivity issues, to eliminate it we moved the UPD's to a different location, I changed the location in the collection settings. Both locations were windows shares. Now it looks like each session host uses a different one, I can only guess this is what is happening as users are reporting missing files depending on the server they log into, and the file modification dates on the two folders that contain the vhdx files.
I have searched but have not found anything about an issue like this, so I don't know if the session host servers are storing the old information somewhere.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them.
