How is the Windows Server 2012 R2 Fair Share Experience feature? We've got an application that bursts 100% CPU for about 30 seconds and don't want other users to feel the effects. Has anyone had any personal experience with this feature? How do you like it? Is 2012 R2 better than 2008 R2 in this regard? I noticed that any fine tuning has or will be deprecated. Is it because that sort of functionality shouldn't be necessary?
