Assign RDS CAL to specific device.

Is it possible to assign a RDS CAL to a specific device? In other words manually doing it instead for letting the license server do it, or even if the license server does it, i tell it which devices I want to get the CALs. I yes, how. This is a Win Server 2008 R2 standard version. TIA.
