Remote access deined inbound to Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise since upgrade from standard.

I recently had to upgrade a Windows 2008 R2 standard server to Enterprise to utilize the extra RAM inside the server for an ACT deployment and database.

The upgrade has gone fine and the ACT service and Database are functioning correctly but I have lost access to RDP on to the server and lost access for the local ACT reader account to access the database via RemoteAPP.

I can run RDP sessions from the server to a desktop on my network but I cant RDP back to the server from the same or any other desktop.

Everything from what i can tell is turned on and all remote services appear to be started

All firewalls are off as they were before the upgrade.

The server is not attached to the domain and is in WORKGROUP but it was before the upgrade and all worked fine.

It has a static IP address and a DNS entry inside my production DNS to resolve the ACT collection return information.

I really need to try and get RDP access back to this server and have Remote APP acces working as I need to allow users to search the DB for reporting issues, any advice is really welcome as I am now stumped.
