Dear,
We currently met a problem, a server installed windows 2003 R2 SP2 can't use RDP. When issue appear, we only got a gray screen and no username & password prompt to input. Server still work normally but a little slowly, share file can be used, ip address can be ping, there is a database work normally also.
This issue happened once a week. The only way to solve is reboot the server. Can you help to give us some advice?
(PS: When issue happen we tried to :
A: Use Terminal services manager in other server to connect to this issue server, fail to connect
B: Try to use command from other server, receive the follow error.
