Searching on file share's and in Outlook 2013 is not available

I've deployed 2 new Server 2012R2 Remote Desktop Servers with a mandatory profile. Searching on file share's and in Outlook 2013 is not available. I've installed already the Desktop Experience but still the users can't use the search function.
