Need to enter credentials three times to take RDP of user's desktop.

Hi,

We have Windows 2012 R2 with RDS services installed.

From the External\Outside of Domain (internet), Users need to enter password three time to connect their desktop.

1. In RD Web ,then
2. To connect RDS server, then
3. To connect their desktop , then

Can we minimize the number of login attempts to login their desktop.

Is it possible to user needs to enter password only at RD Web , then they can directly login with this credentials to login desktops from home or outside of domain.
