Simple as the title says.
Customer has 10 RDS Device CALs.
The RDS Licensing Manager has 11 entries, with 2 having been revoked in the past and waiting to expire/clear from the GUI. So 9 assigned.
But in all other RDS Licensing windows, including the summery in Licensing Manager and the RDS Licensing Diagnosis it shows 10 RDS Device CALs assigned...
So now the customer needs to log in from home, there are only 9 CALs in use, but they can't...?
I've restarted the RDS Licensing service, no change.
I've rebooted the server, no change.
What is going on here? 9 Assigned in one window, 10 in the other? Where is it pulling 10 from if it then lists only 9 in use? How do I sort this BS out?
