Any Computer/Laptop that is joined on the domain cannot connect through RDWEB from outside the company. Note that from inside the network is working.

I have a question related to RDweb service.

I have successfully installed RD web role on windows server 2012 R2.

All went ok. I also installed a valid 3^rd party certificate.

I can connect from outside to the server using any devices: Ipad’s, mobiles and laptops.

I can also connect from inside to the server without any issue

The problem is that: Any Computer/Laptop that is joined on the domain cannot connect through RDWEB from outside the company. (meaning that the computer is connected via a different network than our corporate local area network.

This is very frustrating because the error I get is very vague

The error I get is:

Your computer cannot connect to the remote computer because an error occurred on the remote computer that you want to connect to. Please contact your network administrator for assistance.

What it can be the issue?
