rds connection-broker how to see if it works?

Hello all,

I was wondering, how i can see if my connectionbroker is correctly working?

Because tsadmin.exe and tsadmin.msc doesent work anymore on server2012r2 and windows8.1.

I want to see if the connection broker does do his job of switching between the 2 sessionhost server i have installed.

i have installed the complete RDS enverioument trough DNS and not GATEWAT for my situation. 

And why isent my RDWEB doesent work :( i have created an collection called remote apps but when i surf to boneros-it.local/RDWEB trough my WIN8.1 nothing pops out, only error page (page doesent exist)
