Dear Support Team,
Please be notified that we installed windows server 2008 R2 with a terminal services the printers and drives redirection does not work probably sometimes the users login and can not find both redirected printers and drives untill i restart the server itself but sometime i am unable to restart the server because it has more that 15 users working on it.
Previously, we where using windows server 2003 and it was working without any problems.
Appreciate your assistant urgently.
