A few RDSH based queries!

Hi,

I am looking at building an RDSH farm for an initial pilot of 50-100 users.

I am wondering about a few design questions...

My users are media friendly (YouTube etc.) and I have read a lot about RemoteFX etc... therefore I would like to use Windows Server 2012's ability to leverage RemoteFX for WAN for remote clients, however I want the users to have a familiar environment, so I wanted to use Windows Server 2008 R2 with the Desktop Experience option... (I believe the Server 2012 option for this creates a Windows 8 like environment...)... is there any way to leverage this functionality - So RemoteFX for WAN with a Windows 7 looking environment???

Instead of one large RDSH server I intend to create multiple RDSH servers on a Hyper-V environment... is there any recommended scaling guide for this or is RDSH linear?? I was thinking something along the lines of 2 x vCPU and 32GB/64GB of RAM per RDSH VM?

My final question is around USB devices... If I stick with 2008 R2 SP1 as mentioned above for the "7" experience... I believe RDSH does not support USB redirection? I am looking for USB drive support (Pen drives etc.)... is this not possible?
