Hi Guys,
Since last week we receive some calls from users regarding failures to log on to the RDS Farm. People are able to log on to the RDWA Site, are able to click the remoteapp but then a message appears that the server is not currently on, cant be found or something like that.
Our RDS Farm infrastructure: 2 RDSH Servers, 1 Connection Broker (with RDWA role)
On the connection broker the following events are listed:
Event 814: TerminalServices-SessionBroker log:
This connection request has timed out. User could not log on to the end point within the alloted time. Remote Desktop Connection Broker will stop monitoring this connection request.
Event 802: TerminalServices-SessionBroker log:
TerminalServices-SessionBroker log: CB001:
RD Connection Broker failed to process the connection request for user Domain\XXXXXXXXX
Orchestration of the end point failed.
HRESULT = 0x80070515.
I cant explain this issue so far. We don't changed anything on the server infrastructure.
The clients (W7) installed most of the windows updates (March), but I cant imagine this is caused by a client update, because most of the problems disappear when we disable one of the RDSH servers for logons.
Anyone with a good idea how to fix this?
