We have an application that displays an image using the Pegasus ImagXpress toolkit and it has a feature that allows you to hold down the right mouse button and it will magnify the area of the image under the mouse. This works perfectly fine on my development machine (Windows XP) and on our TS via remote desktop, but when it is running as a RemoteApp, it will quickly flash the magnified image and then go away. It's almost as if it doesn't recognize that the right mouse button is still held down. We have also tried opening an Explorer window in RemoteApp to confirm we can indeed use the right mouse button to click and drag. We don't see any issues with the left mouse button either.
I haven't contacted Pegasus support yet but since this works in most environments, it sounds like an issue with RemoteApp, or at least a conflict between the two.
If anyone else has experienced this, or has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!
