RemoteApp Internet Explorer URL disable

Hi, 

I have already created a RemoteApp app that will launch Internet Explorer with a predetermined website. I already set the website that i would like to launch.

Would like to know, once the remoteApp IE being launched, can the URL then be disabled?

I would like the URL of the IE always be the URL that i have set without letting the user to change it.

Is this possible? I have tried to search for similar situations but cant seem to find any.
