We have an RDS farm that has been in place and working perfectly for over a year.
Previously there was a Web/Gateway server in our DMZ, single CB/License server, 7 collections and 7 total hosts (1 in each collection).
With the current pandemic going on we are ramping up our RDS capabilities and I updated the CB to be setup in HA.
Since doing this any new hosts I configure and publish will not work.
The new configuration is the same as above but with CB in HA and 1 new collection including 1 host and a previous collection now publishing 3 hosts.
There were no errors when configuring the new collection & hosts and they are identical to the pre-existing hosts (Server 2016). There are no DNS/DHCP conflicts etc.
When logging into the RDWeb portal any assigned collections are shown as normal and if you select a pre-existing collection the connection goes through as normal and works.
However if I try to connect to the new collection or the collection which now has 3 hosts I get the following error:
----------------------------------------------
Remote Desktop can't find the computer "HACB FQDN". This might mean that "HACB FQDN" does not belong to the specified network. Verify the computer name and domain that you are trying to connect to.
----------------------------------------------
Once I remove the 2 new hosts from the pre-existing collection I am able to connect as normal again.
I have been trying to troubleshoot this for over a day and have no idea where to look next and I'm hoping one of you fine people will be able to help.
Many thanks in advance for you help.
