Office 365 Proplus on Windows Server 2019 RDS collection with UPD loses activation on every logoff

Hello

we have a brand new Remote Desktop Services Collection on Windows Server 2019, consisting of 2 RDS Session Hosts and one broker.
We use User Profile Disks.
Office 365 Proplus is installed like it should be on RDS Servers (sharedcomputerlicensing=1).
Users can start Office, and enter their Email and Password to activate O365 Proplus and work with it.

But as soon as a user logs off and on again, O365 says activation is broken, and asks for the password again (this even happens if the user logs off and on to the same Session Host as before.)

We also have exactly the same environment but on Server 2016 instead of 2019, wehre everything works fine.
If we deactivate User Profile Disks on Server 2019, it works fine too, but we need them to use the collection.

We have also used SCLCacheOverride and SCLCacheOverrideDirectory, but this also didn't work.

How can we get O365 ProPlus to remember its activation on 2019 RDS Servers with UPD?
Thank you!
