We have a Windows 2016 RDP server with MS Dynamic NAV client application installed on it. NAV database is on another server (also 2016). Our RDP clients (NAV users) use NAV through this server and we have complaints from them regarding
intermitent delays during their work, including RDP short disconnect/connect cycles from time to time. There are just several clients working same time. In their words the problem is present even while they access RDP from local network and through VPN. Also,
they say the problem arised about a month ago (maybe from 23 or 24 February). In windows logs I can't find what would be a problems.
Is there anything you could suggest we should try to check with it?
We have another servers, in the same network, we dont have this problem.
