Remote connection does not work

Hello,

I am trying to remote connect my laptop with Windows 10 pro edition to my office work station through Sisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility. I am able to connect to secure VPN but after when I tried to connect to the wok station I get the error "your credentials did not work". Please help to find a solution.
