Certificate Requirements while configuring Remote Desktop Service 2012 on Intranet (Local Corporate Network).

Hi All,

I planning to deploy RDS VDI and remote app service on Intranet (Local Corporate Network- Only Intranet user need RemoteApp and Desktop). So I am not planning to deploy RD gateway and all other roles and services and in HA. I know there are certificate requirement for server authentication, publication, SSO , etc.

RD Licensing Server-- HA
RD Connection Broker--HA
RD Web Access---------HA
RD Session Host-------HA
RD Virtulization Host-HA
Active Directory Certificate Services.

I want to know the RDS certificate requirement for internal world and is there any RD Gateway requirement ?

Which One is the Best, WildCard Certificate or SAN Certificate ?

Please explain how can i implement certificates  on servers and what are the requirements for client ?
