Hi, i am trying to set up a remote desktop connection however it is constantly showing me the following error:
"Unable to connect to remote PC. Please provide the fully-qualified name or the IP address of the remote PC, and then try again."
I am entering the correct computer/connection details as they are provided by the company who's connection I am trying to link my computer with.
Your help would be appreciated
