Since Server 2012 a new protocol has been introduced to the Remote Desktop Gateway which looks for me to be more efficient. But the Remote Desktop Connection seems to use the "old" RPC over HTTP transport. Is there a configuration option to force
the RDC or the RDG to use only the new HTTP transport?
