We have a customer using remoteapp connecting through 2k12 R2 gateway to 2k12 r2 session host servers.
Twice a day per user, they are receiving 'reconnecting' message and it will reconnect their session automatically after 10-15 seconds. This is includes, win7, win10, and mac users.
Its only happening for one customer. Since its only happening for one customer, what is the best way to troubleshoot this?
After finding out what clients the customer is connecting from, I will find out ping times as well as tracert to our gateway to see if they have any timeouts at the time of disconnection.
Any other suggestions?
